Review & Escalate if Needed
If Swift achieves clearance — you're done. If not, we escalate to Needling (up to 2 sessions) at no extra charge.
Clear. Discharged. Done.
We confirm clearance at your final appointment. No surprise bills. No "you've used your sessions." Just a verruca-free foot.

What is included in the free consultation?
Your podiatrist will examine your verruca, assess depth, location and duration, discuss previous treatment history and recommend the most appropriate pathway. No charge, no obligation.
What does 'hard skin and callus debridement included' mean?
Many verruca patients develop overlying hard skin that can cause pain and impede treatment. At every appointment on our packages, we remove this tissue at no extra charge. This is normally billed separately at £20–30 per visit elsewhere.
How many sessions will I actually need?
Most patients need 3–4 Swift sessions or 1–2 Needling sessions. The Complete Programme covers the full journey — up to 4 Swift + 2 Needling — so you're protected regardless of how your verruca responds.
What if my verruca clears after Swift — do I still pay for Needling?
No. The Complete Programme only escalates to Needling if Swift hasn't achieved clearance. If your verruca is gone after Swift, you're done. The package simply guarantees we see it through regardless.
Is Needling painful?
Needling is performed under local anaesthetic, so the procedure itself is pain-free. Some soreness after is normal for a few days. Your podiatrist will explain everything fully at consultation.
What is Swift microwave therapy?
Swift uses microwave energy delivered through the skin to heat verruca tissue, stimulating your immune system to fight the virus. It's NICE-approved, highly effective, and requires no dressings or recovery time.
Can children have verruca treatment?
Yes. Both Swift and Needling can be appropriate for younger patients depending on age and verruca type. Your podiatrist will advise at the free consultation.
How long between treatment sessions?
Swift sessions are typically spaced 4–6 weeks apart. Needling follow-up is usually 6–8 weeks after the first procedure. Your podiatrist will plan the exact schedule.
